Each teacher holds recognised early childhood qualifications and experience, and goes on to complete our rigorous Lillipods Teacher Training Programme, developed in partnership with the University of Helsinki. This equips them with leading Finnish and global best practices, so they can deliver high-quality care and learning every day.
All staff have also passed a stringent interview process and are certified in Paediatric First Aid.
